Nice friendly service with real mechanics who will try to repair something rather than replace it providing it is economically viable. Real good value for money.

The best stress free car buying experience I have ever had, friendly service and delivered to my door for which I am eternally grateful as I live 244 miles away. Young Graham delivered the car and was a very nice pleasant guy who made me feel very relaxed during the test drive and as I suffer from severe anxiety that was a major problem for me but I felt very much at ease. I cannot fault their service and the car is absolutely fantastic, I'm just so delighted with it so with the service and the excellent car I highly recommend the Reid Bros to anyone and everyone. It's so good to see a family run business that still gives the feeling of "the customer is always right" and not out to rip you off. I bought a nice wee car off these guys a few weeks ago. Car is great, but with used cars it was expected to run into some minor issues. I mentioned the issues the car was having and they were extremely fast to resolve the issues and had my car fixed and back to me in no time. Great and pleasant customer service, well mannered and had no problems getting in touch with them.

Don't be put off by the location of the Coachworks which is down a cobble street and next to the Verdant Works. The business is owned and managed by 2 older gentlemen, and John is who dealt with my daughter, after her car was vandalised within the main Tesco superstore in Dundee City Centre. A substantial amount of damage was done to my daughter's car, a Toyota Aygo, when a trolley was dragged along the drivers side damaging both rear and driver doors. John of Dudhope Coachworks was very supportive to my daughter, reassuring her that nothing was an issue and he would correct the damage. Following the initial assessment, the car was taken back 5 days later and returned within 48 hours. Wow. What a job. The paintwork was restored to its former self and where the door had been pushed in, there was no sign that any damage had ever happened to the car which had been restored to its former glory. It was a perfect job, conducted by a professional who knew what he was doing. On that basis I can do nothing less than to highly recommend Dudhope Coachworks and John, who deserves the 5 stars awarded. Thank you.

Contacted Darren on behalf of my sister. Managed to locate the part for a now obsolete locking system. Arrived very quickly on the day of contact and duly returned following day with the part required. Polite, prompt and attentive. An absolute gent, professional and helpful. If needed again would definitely use again. Darren could certainly teach a lot of tradespeople about customer care and service. Well deserved 5 Stars!!!

Easy access, though it didn't give me a receipt and I needed that for reimbursement. £4 for just over an hour is a lot to miss out on.

Absolutely fantastic service from WRB Gas, contacted them late on Tuesday, engineer arrived on Wednesday and the boiler in our nursery which needed to be replaced was completed by Friday. Each and every member of staff that we encountered was friendly, polite and very professional. The installation team were quick, very tidy and exceptionally mindful of the environment in which they were carrying out the work. There were a couple of minor hiccups which were were rectified in super fast time. We cannot recommend WRB Gas highly enough and must say that your staff are a credit to your company.

We have had the Goldstar plan now for over 12 moths and are delighted with the value and service. Highly recommend.

Scallan Renewables replaced my storage heaters with gas central heating. I'm really happy with the workmanship the company has shown in installing the boiler and the radiators throughout my house. They are organised, cheery, clean up after themselves and all in all did a great job. I am a bit of a moan and I can find no faults. I'm also really happy with the price. I was quoted by many companies who would be quick to offer 10% - 20% off their original estimate. With Scallan the price I was estimated was their real price with no hidden extras. I'll be using them for my bathroom and kitchen again. Thanks again to the team x

EDIT: They recently stopped doing online orders, but their selection is just as good as always in store. The best local computing shop around! They stock everything from consumables, like paper and compressed air, to top end gaming computers, components, camera drones... anything ven remotely related. And their prices are usually spot on too, including some bargains if you keep a look out on their website! They also do repairs for quite a lot of electronics, with a very quick turnaround time.

I have often found their stock of items very good, with speedy service, nice staff and the ability to answer query's without any issues at hand. I would have given them a 5 star if it was not for a recent issue. My iPad had recent issues (not charging when on, being detected by computer etc.. but charging when off) - I took it to them to fix, they had it for 9 day's saying that it works now. Took it home, issue still persists. Took it do Disc Depot, they fixed it in record time, simple repair.

Excellent place to get spare parts for various white goods. Can take a day or two for them to dig out the more obscure parts, but they often have the parts you are looking for. Company also able to do the repairs, if you aren't up to it yourself. Well worth a call before you fork out for replacements.

Took my car in because it was having issues and I wasnt sure about what might be causing them. My car was attended to promptly and I was given advice on what might be going on. I was told that they would not be able to run the proper tests at his garage, and pointed me in the right direction. All of this was free of charge. Mike and his team were great.

I have used Discovery several times when I get a call from my daughter (a student in Dundee) saying that there is something wrong with "her" car. Mike has always been very helpful often getting someone out to look at the car if it is stranded, and then progressing the fix very quickly and at a good price. Great service.

I was 75 miles from home with no brakes. Not only did the garage accommodate me in the afternoon without a booking, but they had me safely on the road in a couple of hours. Nice people and very efficient on my old Peugeot. Superb

I used John to fit a new DAB radio into my BMW. It wasn't an easy job but he did it well. He has so much knowledge of the problems with this type of job that he did it quickly. He's a friendly guy and really helpful. I would recommend to anyone needing an auto electrician.

I have been involved with Search in Dundee for nearly a year now. I really enjoy working for Search with a well known retailer. Search have been really good at sorting out any number of work problems and they are a great bunch.

I'm only doing this review because the other 5 are from 6ish months plus and my experience was different. I anticipate things have changed drastically since then because everyone I met today was lovely. One thing I would note is, if you are looking at this it is probably because you need directions for your first appointment, know that your first appointment is longer than all the rest (30 mins). I was advised my first would be 1 hr but was closer to an hour and a half, so don't make other plans. Also, take a CV to make life easier :)

Worked at Perth races with fairways, was great fun and a great experience

Visited the store this weekend and was thoroughly surprised with the discounted toys on offer. A range of children's toys, board games and Lego for children and those young at heart. Managed to buy 3 toys for my nephew for under £10 including a bubble gun, stampers and play dough. Also bought a present for my partner for £12.50 down from £25.

Had a groupon voucher for a cut and blow dry. The place was easy to find and there was free on-street parking. However, I wasn't impressed by the attitude of the staff or my hair cut. I wouldn't return.

Been using Donna (at Mimosa) for many years. She is a wonderful, highly experienced hairdresser, you are always made to feel so welcome and comfortable. When I leave not only do I have a fab new hair style but I also feel like I've had a fun afternoon catching up with a very good friend. Her salon is perfect.....3mins walk from Dundee city centre, also on bus route, free parking and very central to both Dundee and Abertay University campus so ideal for staff and students, it's in the hub of a great area and prices very reasonable, including student discounts! I highly recommend Mimosa.

This is an amazing building. Lots going on, the computer count is not great but I have been invited to the history group. Oh and the smell of coffee that is for sale in the lending library is a great wee touch. Back to the building, take a moment to enjoy, baroque I'm thinking due to the curved wall, but open to corrections.

Do they really have to have music classes on the first floor foyer which reverberates throughout the building like a balloon with the air escaping surely there are soundproof meeting rooms that could be used instead of disturbing people trying to do research in the local history department esp considering the local history dept does not have doors to exclude outside noises

Staff are really friendly and helpful. Several different departments is; Reference, Children's, Adult and Media all in the same building, with a cafe beside it. Also has toilets that customers can use. Can access computers, printing, borrowing CDs, DVDs, and books six days out of seven.

There is a good range of books for all ages and the staff are very chatty

Mr Drew is a highly personable, skilled and quirky photographer. He is perfect for weddings, unusual shoots and business images. I have worked with many photographers over the years and Mr. Drew is one if the most professional in standard whilst being also very down to earth and yet still fun. I love his google tours!

Many, many thanks to Drew who not only gave us stunning and hilarious pictures which we are incredibly happy with, but also made the photo shoot a fun day out in itself!! Mum and I couldn't decide between a very traditional family shoot and something a bit crazy, so Drew managed to do six different styles of photos in three hours including background and lighting changes, from winter wonderland to game of thrones! Despite this we didn't feel rushed at all and honestly laughed the whole afternoon, it was just so much fun. We couldn't be happier with the experience, the pictures and the price and will definitely return ☺

Beyond exceptional customer service - these guys are absolutely incredible! I had an urgent 24 hour printing need for business cards due to the university printers being unexpectedly closed because of building works. I spoke with them on the phone to explain my scenario, and they were so understanding and accommodating. They went out of their way to produce the cards in record time, despite it being last minute and them being very busy. The business cards were cheaper compared to other online and local competitors and, despite the short timescale, the finish and quality of the cards was perfect and faultless. I would 100% recommend Urban prints to everyone!

This is a great cheap charily shop. I always walk out with something, everything is previously used and loved, it maybe out of fashion and not top notch but it is perfect for what it is. A little treasure.

Chris, the proprietor, and Michael were the most efficient, friendly and obliging of removal personnel that we have ever encountered. We are in our middle ages and have moved house several times - never have we had service like this. Chris agreed a very reasonable price to move our mountain of furnishings from Newtyle to Carnoustie. Chris called in plenty of time on the morning of the removal and the two men worked like lightening from start to finish. A nicer pair of men you could not meet and we would highly recommend them to anyone. Then at short notice, Chris once again moved at least 50 boxes and bags for us, capping it off by taking 3 heavy items back to a family friend in Dundee! All at extremely competitive rates. Best take away in Dundee, if you pick up the food yourself you can see the hygiene of the place. Highly recommended (and I'm fussy).

Never had a bad meal from here. My wife and mother in law are mega fussy and wont go anywhere else. I won't either and i have eaten all over the world. Once you have tasted Bangladeshi food in Bangladesh. You will know why i recommend here

Visited the other day to see if the dishy guy in your photos worked there. Gutted to find out he does not. I was well compensated by a lovely portion of Chicken fried rice. Lovely and fresh.

I am a wheelchair user and require a wheelchair taxi with a low level ramp. Other companies have been unable to full fill this requirement. They often provide untrained imcompetant drivers who are scary to ride with. Ive had a pre arranged thing with tay taxis for months. And fingers crossed they have been ideal.

Just got a taxi home from the most lovliest taxi driver ever, not awkward atall and got along great. More taxi drivers should be like him rather than speaking on their phone to their friends ignoring you!

STA Travel is a great place to book a holiday through. I was able to book a two week holiday to the west coast of America through them with no problems. Sorted out reasonable flights there and back and also accommodation in three different cities, along with a camping trip which was booked with another company through STA. Standard layout but larger counter space than I am used to. A lot of staff all dealing with customers efficiently and courteously. I wasn't in the shop long bit came away with what I wanted.
